As a non-Orthodox (actually Conservative) Jew, but one whose parents were Zionists who lived in Israel for awhile and who spoke modern Hebrew, I still cringe whenever I hear Yiddishization of Hebrew words, such as "Toirah" or "Rabbenu shel Oilom."
